Location was great and they gave us a really nice room overlooking the grand via. It was incredibly clean.
The reception is on the 2nd floor, but most of the rooms are on different floors across the building, which is annoying if you have to go up and down a lot. We had to go back to reception each time and drop off the key on our way out.

Great location, right on Gran Via street and the subway station. The room is comfortable and very clean. The bathroom is a bit small (with bath tub though). Price is also very affordable and good, given the location. All major sightseeing sites in the city are pretty much within walking distance (some may walk longer, i.e. 30-40mins). Our room is facing inside (you have to request in advance) so it's also quiet during the evening. Many restaurants near-by, especially toward the direction to the Sun Plaza (The Sol). You can also buy bottled water at the reception, the price is very fair compared to stores outside.
We're pretty happy with everything except a few minor ones: 1. safety box: there is a safety box in the room but it takes 1euro per use so we didn't use it. 2. cannot find supermarket nearby the hotel: the one hotel told us is always closed...maybe we go there during their afternoon rest time.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the excellent location right in the centre of things on Grand Via, the cleanliness of the room, and the delicious breakfast for only 4€ extra. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We loved being very close to the old city center and on a very busy intersection in this city. It was also great to be on the shopping street, Gran Via. this hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Nothing, all great.

Very good location, close to metro station Gran Via. Friendly staff. Good cleaning each day of the stay. Large room. Acceptable Internet speed.
I would like to have a higher table in the room where I could put my pc while writing on it.

This hotel is an absolute gem in terms of value for money. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the prime location right on the bustling Gran Via. The attention to detail in the rooms is evident, from the high ceilings to the basic amenities provided. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.
All was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.

Location is great, but noisy was quite loud, since it locates at Granvia street. Especially for night, I could here all silen and people shouting.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and on a very busy intersection. It offers easy access to everything Madrid has to offer. the rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and some even have balconies. the staff are polite and helpful, and the breakfast is really good. the hotel is well-maintained and has a charming old-style character.
The bathroom may be a little cramped, but it's not a major issue considering the overall value of the hotel.

Good value for money, nice balcony view, and spacious bathroom. the hotel is conveniently located near a popular street, within walking distance to many attractions. the elevator is a plus for those with heavy luggage.
The room was freezing during the winter month, and the heating system didn't do much to warm up the space. the Wi-Fi connection wasn't strong either, making it difficult to work or browse.

Great location, right in the middle of Gran Via. Nice breakfast.
No ac, so it's very bad in hot days during Summer.
